Order Procedure (How To Order):

1.Place order:Please look through our website and choose products you like. Click the button “PUT IN CART” to buy the products.

2.Confirm order:We will confirm the availability of the products you ordered. Then make a consignment plan for you and work out the total with shipping cost. When everything is ready, we will send you an invoice via email.

3.Remittance:If you agree with the total of the order, please send the payment as soon as possible. Then we can arrange the shipment quickly.

4.Prepare the goods and delivery:We will prepare your goods as soon as receive your payment. ( It will take 1~2 working days.) We will send you the tracking number after the goods was sent. You can track the status of the goods momentarily.

5. Feedback:Give us feedback after you get the products. That would help us improve the service in our next cooperation.

Price:

The list price of the products is pointed out in the FANCYKey website and all the price do not include shipping cost. This kind of information will be revised at all times and we will not send any notice. If the price changes because of the objective conditions or the mistakes made by the FANCYKey website, we will inform you through e-mails after confirming your order. At this point, we will let you to decide to cancel the order or not.

Mini.order:

For wholesale business, the minimum order is 5pcs/item except a few special products, just as Underwear & Sock are 12pcs/item. You can mix color and size of the same item.

Shipping Method

We handle all kinds of shipping method according to the customers’ request, such as by sea, by air, by express ( EMS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS, SODEXI, Special Line-USA ). In order to receive the goods on time, customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery. They are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate they will be at home when the package is due to arrive.

Delivery time:
